We operate on the basis that the partners work to live, as distinct from the opposite.

This philosophy allows us to treat our staff and clients as human beings, rather than as a means of increasing our profitability. In this regard we tend to place a more holistic emphasis in all of our dealings with staff, which flows through into our client relationships. We have tried to capture this approach in our mission statement:

While adhering to best practice standards, we consciously try to delegate client work to staff so that the staff develop client experience appropriate to their skill level and have a level of client contact, thereby enhancing the work experience to reflect our motto.
