In 1999 as an undergraduate, Emma joined a small chartered accountancy firm in Sydney where she worked with a wide variety of clients and gained valuable experience in many areas of business and taxation.
In 2000, Emma graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Accounting degree and in 2002 was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants. She then Applied Taxation at the University of NSW.
In 2005, she worked briefly for Perth accountancy firm Pike Skinner before joining Dry Kirkness as an Assistant
Manager. Emma attends to all the compliance requirements of her clients including the preparation of financial accounts,
income tax returns, business activity statements and FBT returns, and advises them on their tax planning and future cash flows. She also advises on Management accounting, internal controls and offers ongoing, day-to-day support where needed.
Emma is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Taxation Institute of Australia.
